Project Information
The Crude Oil Refinery Setup in Southern Kazakhstan is a key downstream initiative by TOO “SKY PETROLEUM” aimed at strengthening the region’s energy infrastructure and reducing dependency on imported refined fuels. Designed as a modular and scalable facility, the refinery was strategically located to serve both production basins and growing consumer markets in southern and central Kazakhstan.
